How do I find my Brand Partner number abroad where I have sponsored?
Once your first Member or Brand Partner has registered abroad, you will receive an email with your login and password information. If you cannot find your login details, you can use the "Recover Password" option on the Oriflame website in the relevant country.
What bonus plan will I be paid according to?
You will be paid according to the bonus plan of your home country.
How does the global catalog closure work?
All international markets are summarized in a global catalog deal.
The global catalog close takes place 1-2 catalogs after the local closes, as all markets have different closing dates.
The total global sales volume and structure determine your global title and final payout.
International commissions are paid out in the home country with the next bonus payment, which means a delay of one campaign period.
Global titles and cash rewards are based on home country rules and requirements.
International sponsorship includes unilevel and generation bonuses. Other local bonuses and incentives are not included in global commissions.
Can I be a member in another country while being a Brand Partner in my home country?
No, the customer type always follows the status in the home country. If you are demoted to member, all international accounts will also be demoted.
Can members open an international account?
Yes, you can still recommend your favorite products and get rewarded for them even though your friends are abroad.
Can I use foreign bonus points to meet local personal bonus point requirements?
Yes, both personal orders and orders from your front-line members count towards the local bonus point requirement.
How do I get paid out the global commission?
You must meet all the local requirements and the payout will be done according to the local process. For example, the global Plus program will be paid out to your wallet in the home country, while the global promotion bonuses will be paid out as commission in the home country
What bonus point requirements do I need to meet to get international commissions?
The requirements of the respective country apply, e.g. 100/150 bonus points for team and promotion bonuses and 200 bonus points for director bonuses. To receive local and global cash rewards, the terms of the home country's Reward Plan apply.
